UEFA Champions League

The atmosphere was great, and we will suffer in the return match

Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique appeared in press statements after winning against Arsenal with a score of 1-0 in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-finals at the Emirates Stadium.

The coach said: “The atmosphere was great, but we showed the strength of our team. We tried to play in our own way and scored the goal early in our style. We suffered at times, but we could have scored the second goal. The second match will be very difficult.”

He added: “Donnarumma’s brilliance? He saved the team; they work every day for that. In the semi-finals, you need all the players.”

He continued: “I think it doesn’t matter at that moment when you feel that energy. We have to prepare for the second match; it will be tough.”

He concluded: “Today’s result gives us a slight advantage; in the return match, we will suffer, and we know that. I believe we are capable of reaching the final, but there is still one match to go.”
