English club Manchester City is interested in signing Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Sara, according to journalist Andre Hernan.
Hernan stated that City officials have already contacted the representatives of the Galatasaray star to discuss the possibility of bringing him to the club.
Manchester City views Sara as a very good alternative to Belgian star Kevin De Bruyne in the midfield and playmaking role.
This comes after the player showed impressive performance with Galatasaray in his first season, scoring two goals and providing eight assists in 41 matches.
Sara, who is 25 years old, previously played for Norwich City and Sao Paulo in Brazil.
