Al-Hilal Seeks to Secure Khalid Al-Ghanam’s Permanent Stay

According to the Saudi newspaper “Al-Riyadiyah”, Al-Hilal’s management has entered into official negotiations with their counterparts at Al-Ittifaq to purchase Khalid Al-Ghanam’s contract after the end of the current season.
However, Al-Ittifaq’s management has shown a firm stance on its conditions, refusing to part with the player for less than the stipulated penalty clause in his contract, which amounts to 46 million Saudi Riyals.
Al-Ghanam is under contract with Al-Ittifaq until June 2027, giving the club the right to determine his fate amid Al-Hilal’s desire to sign him permanently.
Since joining Al-Hilal, Al-Ghanam has participated in 12 official matches with a total of 173 minutes played, managing to score one goal, amid fan expectations for a greater return if he continues.
