Bayer Leverkusen Plans to Hurt Bayern Munich

The German club Bayer Leverkusen is planning to hurt its counterpart Bayern Munich regarding the future of its star Florian Wirtz, according to Sky Sports.
The report mentions that the Bavarian club believes it is in a good position to sign Wirtz, who is also sought after by Spanish club Real Madrid and English club Manchester City.
However, Bayer Leverkusen will try to sell the 21-year-old player to another club other than their local rival Bayern Munich if the player expresses a desire to leave.
The reason for this is that Leverkusen officials believe that Wirtz’s transfer to Bayern would be a significant blow to them and their ability to compete with the German football giant.
