Latest Updates on Rajkovic’s Injury and His Status for the Al-Nassr Match

The Serbian goalkeeper Rajkovic has entered an advanced stage in his rehabilitation program, as he has gradually returned to participate in training with Al-Ittihad after a long absence due to a recent injury.

In the last training session of the team, Rajkovic made a noticeable appearance, training with the ball on the field, indicating a significant improvement in his physical and technical condition.

The goalkeeper is preparing to fully return to the team’s roster, in anticipation of participating in the upcoming match against Al-Nassr, in a highly awaited classic in the Roshen Professional League.

The management of Al-Ittihad and the coaching staff are paying special attention to Rajkovic’s readiness, given his influential role in the team’s defense this season, which enhances his chances of participating in the crucial match.

It is worth mentioning that Al-Ittihad is competing in the 2024-2025 sports season in only two tournaments, namely the Saudi Roshen League and the King Abdulaziz Cup.

The Al-Ittihad team currently leads the league standings with 68 points, six points ahead of their closest rival Al-Hilal, amidst a fierce battle for the title before the final rounds.

In terms of the cup, Al-Ittihad reached the final match after thrilling victories over Al-Hilal in the quarter-finals, and then overcoming Al-Shabab in the semi-finals, securing their place in the anticipated final.
