Ahmed Hassan, the former Zamalek star, confirmed that Mohamed Sherif, the star of Al Khaleej in Saudi Arabia, has returned to Al Ahly’s radar after the departure of Marcel Koller, the coach of the red team.
The player had left Al Ahly in the summer of 2023 due to Koller’s lack of confidence in him.
Al Ahly announced last Saturday the departure of Koller from his position after the red team exited the African Champions League.
Ahmed Hassan stated on his Facebook page: “Mohamed Sherif returns to Al Ahly’s considerations again after Koller’s departure.”
