Manchester City Approaches Deal for Morgan Gibbs-White

Reports have revealed that Manchester City is planning to sign Morgan Gibbs-White from Nottingham Forest during the upcoming summer transfer window, as part of its efforts to compensate for the potential departure of Belgian star Kevin De Bruyne at the end of the current season.

According to reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano, Gibbs-White is considered one of the main targets for the City management, as negotiations with Nottingham Forest have already begun to finalize the deal in the coming weeks. Romano confirmed that agreeing on personal terms with the player will not be an obstacle to completing the contract.

Morgan Gibbs-White is regarded as one of the standout players for Nottingham Forest this season, having participated in 34 matches across all competitions, scoring 5 goals and providing 9 assists, making him a focal point for Pep Guardiola to strengthen the team’s attacking midfield.

Manchester City wishes to finalize the deal early to secure a strong replacement for De Bruyne before the new season begins, despite Nottingham Forest’s insistence on keeping the player.
