Sad Farewell.. Jesus Leaves Al-Hilal with an Emotional Message After Dismissal

In a moment filled with emotions, Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus broke his silence following the decision of Saudi club Al-Hilal to dismiss him after the team’s recent decline in performance, directing an emotional message to his fans and supporters.

Through his Instagram account, Jesus wrote: “I have dedicated two years of commitment and devotion to Al-Hilal, during which we achieved unforgettable accomplishments, and I will remain proud to have led this wonderful group,” concluding his message with words full of gratitude.

Jesus added in his post: “I would like to thank Al-Hilal and everyone who was part of this journey, and I will cherish every moment of victory, every challenge, and every applause I heard in the stadiums.”

The dismissal decision came after the team’s loss to Al-Ahli with a score of 3-1 in the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League, a defeat that ended Al-Hilal’s hopes of continuing their continental journey this season.

Al-Hilal also faced consecutive setbacks, the most notable being their exit from the King’s Cup after losing to Al-Ittihad, in addition to their decline in the Roshen League standings, where they are now 6 points behind the leaders, Al-Ittihad.

Al-Hilal currently occupies second place with 62 points and is preparing for a decisive match against Al-Raed in the thirtieth round, in an attempt to regain confidence and finish the season with positive results.
