According to the British newspaper “Daily Star”, Chelsea has shown a strong desire to sign Garnacho to strengthen their attacking line, following the player’s remarkable performance this season. The newspaper clarified that Manchester United will not agree to sell Garnacho for less than £65 million.
Chelsea faces competition from Italian club Napoli, which has also expressed interest in acquiring the young 20-year-old Argentine winger.
Garnacho’s contract with Manchester United runs until June 30, 2028, but the player is open to the idea of leaving next summer due to not receiving enough playing time under coach Ruben Amorim.
It is worth noting that Garnacho joined Manchester United in 2020 from Atletico Madrid and was promoted to the first team in 2022. This season, he has participated in 54 matches across all competitions, scoring 11 goals and providing 10 assists.
