Reasons for Ancelotti’s Failed Departure to Coach the Brazilian National Team

The process of the Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti’s departure to coach the Brazilian national team has officially stopped, according to several reports that emerged in recent hours.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid is currently preventing Carlo Ancelotti’s move to the Brazilian national team, despite a verbal agreement two days ago between the coach and the Brazilian federation.

The source added that one of the reasons for the collapse of Ancelotti’s departure to coach the Brazilian national team is Real Madrid’s refusal to pay any financial amount to the Italian coach in exchange for his departure.

The source indicated that Ancelotti requested to receive his remaining salary in his contract, which is estimated at 10 million euros (his salary for the next season if he continues), but the royal club rejected this, arguing that he is leaving to take over the Brazilian national team and was not dismissed or sacked.

The Spanish network “Cope” mentioned that one of the reasons Ancelotti refused to coach the Brazilian national team is the difficulty of living there.

The Spanish newspaper “Marca” reported that the Italian coach has a huge offer from Saudi Arabia, valued at 50 million euros annually.
