Alonso Refuses to Coach Real Madrid at the Club World Cup
Real Madrid had halted Ancelotti’s departure to coach the Brazilian national team, as the club refuses to pay any amount for his departure, and Real Madrid does not want him to leave before the Club World Cup.
The Spanish newspaper “Marca” reported that Xabi Alonso, the Bayer Leverkusen coach, rejects the idea of coaching Real Madrid in the Club World Cup.
The source added that the Spanish coach wants to lead the team after the Club World Cup, as he wants to establish his own lineup before the start of the next season.
Leverkusen believes that Alonso will take over coaching Real Madrid next season, and they have already started searching for a replacement to succeed him as soon as possible.
