Flick Discusses Draw and Upcoming Match Importance

Hans Flick, the head coach of Barcelona, spoke to the press after the 3-3 draw against Inter in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-finals at the Montjuïc Stadium.

The coach said in his remarks: “I don’t think we started well. We conceded two goals, but then we came back into the match. The second half was amazing, there is one match left and we must win it. It’s the final match before the final.”

Regarding being behind 2-0, he stated: “We are talking about the UEFA Champions League semi-finals, with great teams that have a lot of experience and they showed that. They played very well from set pieces. They took advantage of this.”

He added: “What can you say about Lamine? He showed us the way because the score of 1-2 was important.”

On Koundé’s injury, he said: “We have to wait for the results of the medical examinations.”
