German coach Matthias Yaesleh of Saudi Al-Ahli confirmed that the team will not hold a closed camp before facing Japan’s Kawasaki Frontale tomorrow in the AFC Champions League final.
According to press sources, Yaesleh decided to continue without organizing a camp the night before the match against Kawasaki tomorrow at the Al-Inma Stadium in Jeddah.
The sources indicated that Al-Ahli will conduct its final training today, Friday, at the club’s stadium, after which the players will leave without entering an internal camp, as has been the practice since the match against Thailand’s Buriram United.
Al-Ahli defeated Al-Hilal with a score of 3-1 in the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League, while Kawasaki Frontale beat Al-Nassr 3-2.
