Raphinha Matches Cristiano Ronaldo’s Record in the Champions League

The Brazilian star Raphinha continues to shine with Barcelona in the Champions League, after scoring his team’s third goal in the 88th minute against Inter Milan in the second leg of the continental tournament semi-finals.

With this goal, Raphinha reaches 21 goal contributions in a single season, having scored 13 goals and provided 8 assists in 14 matches, matching the historic record set by Cristiano Ronaldo in the 2013/2014 season, when he also contributed 21 times by scoring 17 goals and providing 4 assists in 11 matches.

Raphinha’s performance in the current edition is among the best in Champions League history, placing him among the legends of the tournament.
