Inzaghi Tops Al-Hilal’s Coaching Options

Al-Hilal Saudi Club has settled on a short list of foreign coaches nominated to succeed the Portuguese Jorge Jesus in coaching the first team in the upcoming phase.

It is worth noting that Al-Hilal has tasked Mohammed Al-Shalhoub with temporarily leading the team until the end of the current season, until a new foreign coaching staff is contracted.

Reports revealed that Al-Hilal sent an official letter on Friday to Italian Simone Inzaghi, the coach of Inter Milan, to lead the blue team starting from the FIFA Club World Cup.

Sources indicated that Al-Hilal places Inzaghi at the top of its options, followed by Portuguese Nuno Santo, the coach of Nottingham Forest, and his compatriot Marco Silva, the current coach of Fulham.

For its part, Al-Hilal is intensifying its efforts to appoint a new foreign coach as soon as possible to lead the team’s preparations before participating in the FIFA Club World Cup.
