Reports confirm that French coach Hervé Renard, of the Saudi national team, has settled on a preparation plan for the upcoming match against Bahrain, in the ninth round of Group C of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
According to reports, the Saudi team will stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in the Al Khobar province to organize an internal camp before the match against Bahrain.
Sources indicated that Renard has set May 27 for the start of the 7-day preparation camp, after which the delegation will depart for Bahrain on June 3, two days before the match.
The sources confirmed that the Saudi delegation will leave directly after the match against Bahrain to return to Jeddah on a private plane to face Australia in the final match of the qualifiers.
